• Investment objective - The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns that are in line with the performance of the Nifty REITs & Realty Total Return Index, subject to tracking errors. There is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.


• Product suitability - This product is suitable for investors who are seeking to generate long-term capital appreciation. Returns that are in line with the performance of the Nifty REITs & Realty Total Return Index, subject to tracking errors.


• Minimum Application Amount - Minimum of Rs. 100/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter


• Plan/ Options available - Regular plan & Direct plan having Growth Option and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) Option (with Payout of Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option and Reinvestment of Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option).
